ged worked as a lorry driver for northern butchers.
gerrard came from a family of seven with 4 brothers and 2 sisters and a fantasic mam and dad he also had a great partner who he has 2 beautiful children to 1 daughter and 1 son.
ged was taken from us very very tragically.
gerrard was my 3rd eldest brother he was a very loving and caring person who always put others first he liked to go down the local pub and have a drink a laugh and a game of darts with family and friends. ged always looked out for his family he was just SIMPLY THE BEST xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

To My Dearest Family,
Some things I'd like to say.
But first of all, to let you know,
That I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven.

My Brother Ged
Did I ever tell you your my hero, your everything I would like to be, I can fly higher than an eagle cos you are the wind beneath my wings oh the wind beneath my wings, thankyou. I am missing you so much Ged everyday is hard but days like today are harder than others, time doesn't heal anything time just makes you realize that it's not a dream your in it's reality and reality is knowing that your never coming home which is really hard to say and think cos that dreadful pain and sorrow hits me like a thunderbolt. It's a devastating feeling to lose someone you love so much especially when there time on earth was only just beginning, you had so much to live for you were only a young man and those evil vile cowards took you away from us, I hate them so much I hope you are haunting them everyday of their rotten lives. The saying "the good die young" is very true, I am lucky to have had a brother as special as you were and will treasure every memory I have of us growing up, thank god we were close, I always knew I could rely on you if ever I needed you, you were so protective of your family, we all miss you terribly Ged, life isn't the same for any of us, if I had one wish in this world it would be to have you back with us where you belong. Take care big bro and guide us your family until we all meet again, look after our mam and dad their hearts are broken they love and miss you beyond words as you will know.
